Gift Cards FAQ - You may purchase and redeem Ten Thousand Villages gift cards online or at any Ten Thousand Villages store.
Gift Wrap Options - Select your gift wrap style on the Gift Services page during checkout. Certain oversize items do not qualify for gift wrap.
Ordering and Payments FAQ - When you submit your order, we will confirm your account and reserve the funds necessary to complete the purchase. However, we will not charge your credit card for your purchase until we have shipped your order.
Shipping / Delivery FAQ - Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your purchase and the shipping method you select.
Returns / Exchanges Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with your Ten Thousand Villages purchase or gift, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Returns are accepted online and in stores.
