How do I return an item purchased online?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Ten Thousand Villages purchase or gift and wish to return it, please return the package within 60 days.
Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item, including taxes, to the credit card used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like to return the item to a Ten Thousand Villages store, please take a printed copy of the email invoice with you to the store.

Can I exchange an item purchased online for another item?
- Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder.
- Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Ephrata, PA 17522 - When we receive your exchange item, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you have questions on the exchange policy, email Customer Assistance at ordermgr@tenthousandvillages.com or call 877-883-8341.
- You may also return Ten Thousand Villages merchandise at any Ten Thousand Villages store location.
What if my purchased item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible.
- Email Customer Assistance at ordermgr@tenthousandvillages.com or call 877-883-8341 for assistance with your damage claim.
- Please reference the five-digit order number found at the top of the order confirmation email.
